Your Instructor

David Potosnak, CFD is the owner and director of the School of Floral Arts & Design and has been teaching at the school since 2006. He also owns and operates, Blooms on Main – a retail flower shop, and is proud to have just received his AIFD, CFD Certification, from The American Institute of Floral Designers.

He has been recognized for his entrepreneurial endeavors and good business practices at the national and state levels. David is a skilled designer and has had the pleasure of fine tuning and learning from many of the top floral artists and designers throughout the US and Europe. He specializes in wedding, corporate and event design as well as floral sculpture and gallery design. David teaches the Comprehensive Program, in addition to many of the professional courses, hobby classes and short classes. He is also available for private sessions and consulting.
